Who is responsible

Premavu is a venture of Whatevy FZE LLC, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (licence 4430246.01). Whatevy FZE LLC is the controller for the enquiries you send through this website. For any privacy request, reach us through the enquiry form on this website, or WhatsApp on +971 55 975 9710.

What we collect and why

When you use the enquiry form we receive what you type into it. We use it to reply to you and, if you become a client, to set up your service. We do not sell it and we do not use it for advertising.

• Enquiry: your name, your phone number and its country, your email address if you give one, what you are interested in if you choose an option, and your message.
• Delivery: the enquiry is sent to the Premavu team by email through Resend, an email delivery service.
• Protection against abuse: the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person. Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address for that check under its own privacy policy. To limit repeated submissions we also keep a shortened one-way fingerprint of the sending IP address for about ten minutes; it cannot be turned back into the address.
• WhatsApp and phone: if you choose to message or call us, WhatsApp and your phone provider handle that conversation under their own terms.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts, images and scripts are served from this website itself. The Turnstile check may set a short-lived technical cookie that it needs to work.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we need them to handle your request, and no longer than 24 months unless you become a client. In that case they form part of your client records for the duration of the service and the retention period required by UAE law.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach us through the enquiry form on this website, or WhatsApp on +971 55 975 9710, and we will answer within 30 days.

Hosting and security

The website is served over an encrypted connection with strict security headers from Cloudflare's network. No personal data is stored on the website itself.
